• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned on its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• If you return the item, make sure you send back it in the same shipping envelope or box and inform the employee that is a RETURN, in order we to receive it without custom taxes. Otherwise we can’t accept it.

For our jewelry we use only the finest quality materials.

We produce jewelry made of solid 925 sterling silver (Nickel free). For gold plating we use 24K gold. We also have a small collection of brass & stainless steel jewelry.

Sterling silver tarnishes when exposed to salty air, chlorine, sulfur, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleach and other strong chemicals. This results in a layer of silver sulfide on the surface, which appears as a dull or dark discoloration.

Sterling Silver jewelry require polishing from time to time from oxidation. You can easily restore silver back to shine with a soft microfiber cloth.

Here are a few methods to clean sterling silver jewelry:

Method 1: Soap and Water

Steps:

• Mix a small amount of mild dish soap with warm water.
• Use a soft cloth or sponge to gently clean the jewelry.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a microfiber cloth.

Method 2: Baking Soda and Aluminum Foil

Steps:

• Line a bowl with aluminum foil, shiny side up.
• Add 1 tablespoon of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of salt.
• Pour hot water into the bowl and stir.
• Place your silver jewelry in the solution, ensuring it touches the foil.
• Wait a few minutes, then rinse and dry.

Method 3: Silver Polishing Cloth

Steps:

• Gently rub the jewelry with a silver polishing cloth.
• Avoid excessive rubbing to prevent wear on the surface.

Gold plated jewelry require more care. Use just a silver-polishing cloth.

Daily Care

• Put on jewelry last to avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, or hairsprays.
• Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising to prevent tarnish or damage.
• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or cleaning agents.

Storage

• Store jewelry in a cool, dry place in individual pouches or compartments to prevent scratches.
• Use anti-tarnish cloths or bags to slow tarnishing.

Cleaning

• Polish with a soft microfiber cloth or jewelry-specific polishing cloth.
• For sterling silver, clean with mild soapy warm water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
• Avoid soaking gemstone or pearl jewelry and never use abrasive cleaners.

Tarnish Prevention

• Wear jewelry often to keep it shiny; natural skin oils help prevent tarnish.
• Store with anti-tarnish strips and clean lightly at the first sign of tarnish.
